For antisense RNA synthesis, use T7 promoter and for sense RNA use SP6 promoter. Library constructed by Drs. N. Pollet, M. Perron, M. Wegnez, A. Mazabraud (CNRS UMR 8080, Universite Paris Sud, Orsay, France).
