Description:	Custom AB made by the Conlon Lab, to mark both undifferentiated and differentiated cardiomyocytes. The C-terminal 287 amino acids of Xenopus TBX5 and the resulting construct was expressed in BL21 cells. Protein was purified, concentrated and resolved by gel electrophoresis. The TBX5 band was excised and injected into rabbits to generate polyclonal antibodies.
