Description:	Nephronectin insertional mutation (probably null). Insertion of Tg(nkx2.5:GFP) transgene between 3rd and 4th exon of npnt gene causing mRNA truncation.
Phenotype Description:	Homozygous mutants fail to form forelimb buds and all subsequent forelimb structures. Hindlimb development and all other tissues seem to form normally. Cardiac fluorescence due to GFP.
