Description:	Plasmid used for transgenesis (CAG-Venus) consists of the Venus variant of YFP reporter cloned into the pCAGGS expression vector. pCAGGS drives Venus YFP expression under the control of the CAG promoter [human cytomegalovirus (CMV) early enhancer element and chicken beta-actin promoter], and is followed by the rabbit Betaglobin polyA signal sequence.
