Immunofluorescence staining using ripply3 Ab1 [anti-DSCR6] antibody shows the expression of endogenous Ripply3/DSCR6 protein in the cytoplasm and nuclei of all three germ layers in blastula (stages 8 and 9), early gastrula (stage 10) and mid-gastrula (stage 11).
